We take the rent from the tenant and make a deposit directly into your bank account. We Also take care of paying all your utility bills (electricity, water, gas, telephone, cable and Internet service) and the help in your home (maid(s) and gardener). The price of this service is 10% of the monthly rent. We also provide you with a list of plumbers, electricians, painters, and carpenters, so that everything functions correctly in your home.
