service.
We not only find a tenant for renting your house or apartment but
also We Manage your property by taking care of your monthly rental
payments and maintenance:

1.- We collect the rent from the tenants and make a deposit directly
into your bank account always on time!

2.- We take care of paying all your utility bills (electricity, water, gas,
telephone, cable and Internet service) and we provide you with a list
of cleaning and gardening service.

The price of this service is 15% of the monthly rental agreement.

3.- We also provide you with a list of realiable plumbers, electricians,
painters, carpenters, etc, etc. We make sure that everything works
properly in your home.
